Is there a special type of dough you have to use for homemade pizza dough? cause whatever white flower i used?
don't put flowers in your pizza dough.

3 1/2 cups flour

1 cup warm water (between 95° and 115° F.)

2 T yeast (You can use less)

2 T honey

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 tsp. salt
Reply:You need other things besides FLOUR. Mainly yeast.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust ---

INGREDIENTS

1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

2 1/2 cups bread flour

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.

Stir in flour, salt and oil. Beat until smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan or baker's peel dusted with cornmeal. Spread with desired toppings and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let baked pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Reply:Yes the best kind is a dough from trader joes. Its already prepared all you have to do is roll it in flour and let it sit for 20 minutes. Then spread it out in the form you want and top with your favorite toppings then put it in the oven at 450 degrees plus you have an all organic pizza dough that is great for your health!!
