In early spring we planted some delphiniums and one has flowered white and black. Is this unusual? I have never seen one before. I could email a photo if anyone would like to see it and maybe tell me the name of it.
Has anyone seen a white and black delphinium?
Like Sandy I've seen the white with a black "bee" but never the opposite. I've also seen a very dark (black) purple color but the bee was yellow. Thompson%26amp;Morgan has seed. RScott
Reply:Sounds beautiful. Delphinium is my very favorite flower, but have trouble growing it here in Maryland.
Reply:I have seen white delphiniums and very dark purple delphiniums but never both colors on the same plant. Post a photo so that we can see this unusual plant!
