Jar with stones/marbles and fake flowers?

I'm looking for a site or images or your ideas regarding a particular art+craft. Basically I see these glass jars/vases with different colored stone or marbles filled about halfway up with fake flowers put in them. I'm trying to create a few but so far mine look dull and out of place. right now I have a small glass jar the size of a mug minus the handle, with white marbles, with white flowers around and a black rose in the middle.

There is so much one can do with small mug shaped jar.



You could layer some black rocks, white marbles to give it different interesting texture. Maybe find some fake black berries and or small grapes and throw them in the jar.
Reply:seriously, don't waste you time, those are so kitschy. try something different/original that doesn't involve fake flowers. i don't mean to be offensive, just try to explore your creativity, and something more interesting and beautiful will arise. Avoid fake anything, i hate plastic flowers. just my opinion, don't take it too seriously.
Reply:ok i know what you're talking about, try getting a vase that opens up at the top, one that isn't the same shape and size throughout the whole vase. and i would use black marbles or pebbles instead of white that way you can make the black rose stick out
