we are talking ...gnat-like...small...but very white
What is the small white flying insect that is devouring my flowering plants ?
Sounds like aphids.A natural cure to spraying is the good old ladybug. They eat these like they are candy. You can actually buy ladybugs. They are sold in most online gardening books. They come in their own little enviroment.Just open in your yard around your flowers and they'll get right to work.Or,just go to your local home improvement store and look for an organic spray for aphids.Either will do the trick.Good luck.
Reply:sounds like aphids.you can purchase a product at any garden center to remove them.
Reply:white fly see walterreeves.com
Reply:It's called White Fly.....and it's a serious pest that is difficult to get rid of. Left untreated, White Fly can kill otherwise healthy shrubs.
