Corel PSP - Want to have only one color show in a black and white photo?

I have seen black and white photos before where only one color was showing, say the pink flowers are the only color. What is this technique called and are there any tutorials online for it?

The most basic method would be talking two pictures, one b%26amp;w and one color, use the lasso tool to cut out the object you want colorized, and then paste over the b%26amp;w image.

Then you want touch it up, make erasures, smoothen it out, etc.
Reply:Thanks for the info! I actually found an easier way to do this. You duplicate the image, change the color effects to black and white, then use the eraser tool to erase the black and white on the color you want. This will allow for the background image to show. Pretty easy! Report It
