Fall wedding. Wine dresses with white flowers or brown dresses with orange flowers. Wine with orange flowers?

Personally I would go for the wine and white. The brown and orange could be ok, if they are complementing each other. Definately not the wine with orange.

Whoever said orange isn't a wedding color is mistaken. I am having a fall wedding. My bridesmaids are in burnt orange by Alfred Angelo and the men are in brown tuxes with burnt orange vests. The flowers are callas in 1 purple in the center surrounded by 4 mango. The only one of your options that I would completely rule out is wine with orange flowers. Another thing to consider is this- if your bridesmaids are in brown- what color will the guys vests be? I am not saying brown is not okay, but think about if you would like that or not. Some people don't. Wine would give you some nice color for your photos.

Reply:Oooh this is a tough one!! Both are gorgeous!! I am too having a fall wedding and am going with truffle dresses with off white roses and a diamond white dress, so I guess I'm going to be a little bias in saying the brown dresses, but both are GORGEOUS.

I would also take into consideration your surroundings. Like if you're going to have a lot of outdoor pictures, brown would blend nicely next to fall colors and the wine would be a great splash of color.

Reply:Yea! Im getting married November 8, 2008 and my bridesmaids are wearing wine dresses. Their bouquets will be a color mix of deep purple, lilac, deep pink, red and wine. My bouquet will be the same but with yellow in it also.

Reply:Wine dresses with white flowers broken up by maybe one or 2 yellow/orange to break up the white but it can still be mostly white.



I think that would be incredibly sharp.
