Is it ok to wear a white dress with some brown desings all over it to a wedding?

I have a a white mid length dress with brown flowers all over it and was wondering if its appropriate?

I'm thinking you might want to look for another dress just to be safe. I know it's got the design and all, but you just never know if that will tick off the bride or her mom or whoever since the main color is white. People can be really sensitive these days. Heaven forbid we should offend anyone...
Reply:Don't wear white to a wedding, even if it does have brown designs. Just find something else, or the bride's gonna be upset ...and probably some of her family too.
Reply:It's appropriate.
Reply:No I think off white will look nicer. That's the traditionally color after all. Try to stay away from other colors.
Reply:i think only the bride should wear white. its her day not yours. find another dress to be on the safe side. you dont want to upset her on her day do you?
Reply:Wear whatever you want as long as it isn't a wedding dress that outshines the bride on her day. Besides the attention will not be on you. The length of the dress is more important anyway. Never wear anything above the knee.
