Down? Down feathers?
Whats the name of those white flower-like feathers that you get to see in cartoons flying around?
Do you mean the ones that seem to float in the air around someone's head after they've been whacked upside the head? If so, those are stars, signifying that the animation is out cold, or are about to be.
