Miss Havisham wore her bridal costume all the time after suffering the embarrassment of being stood up at her wedding day. Estella, turned out to be the daughter of the convict, who left all the money to Pip. Pip always planned to eventually marry Estella, who was adopted by and lived with Miss Havisham.
