I want to keep the flowers pink but have the rest black in white.
I have Gimp.
How do you make a pic black and white and only have one thing in color?
I think you go to photo shop or photo studio or something I've been wondering how to do that too...
Reply:One option is to copy the back and white photo and then colorize with pastel chalks like they did before color film! I have done this and loved the results. You can also buy special markers at hobby stores like Hobby Lobby and Michael's for coloring photos. Enjoy!
Reply:In photoshop you would make a copy of the photo...one would be converted to grayscale, the other kept open in color (cmyk or rgb). Place the grayscale one on top of the cmyk/rgb and just delete the black and white areas you don't want. There are other ways to do that but for a beginner, that is probably the easiest to explain.
