My wedding is june of 07 my colors are blk and fuchsia. The flowers are roses but what colors fucsia and white?
FYI - My friend just purchased hot pink roses from Sam's Club - they were GORGIOUS!

A lighter shade of pink mixed in would create the contrast with the dresses without resorting to white.

Your bouquet could have white and the lighter pink to follow the theme!

Good luck.
Reply:I think you should keep the flowers white without the fuscia. Sometimes simple is best. You don't want the fuscia clashing with the other fuscia.
Reply:i have the perfect bouquet for you which you can pretty much make yourself the day before the wedding!

you'll need white roses and mix them up with lots of fuchsia rose buds! bunch them as big as you like, tie them together with elastics first , wrap stems with a black satin ribbon as a base to cover the elastics. crisscross fuchsia ribbon on top of the black and tie a small bow at the base of the flowers. i usually use a wide ribbon to cover the stems and a skinnier or fat silkier ribbons to crisscross over top so you can have some strands dangling from the bouquet or a nice fat bow tucked underneath the flowers.

make mini ones for your bridesmaids- or just round them all together for a bouquet session!

tip -leave the stems long so you can keep them in water and not get the ribbons wet and cut them the next day, leaving about one to two inches on the bottom just for some green.

also, wrap the stems- i've seen some brides mess up their dresses because the didnt!

(shhhh... as this is how i'm arranging the bouquets for an friends upcoming wedding... but we won't let her know, kay *wink*)

Congrats! Good luck and have fun!
Reply:You should choose an accent color that isn't going to blend with the fuchsia dresses that your bridesmaids are wearing. If black is one of your colors when you don't want something like a stark white, unless you want a huge difference...I would go with fuchsia roses with cream colored calla lillies. You don't want to have all one type of flower, again because they will blend together. You want a little variety. If you don't want such a contrast, then use dark green leaves as they compliment pink very well!
Reply:I would have your bouquet be fushia and white. Have the bridesmaids carry bouquets with fushia and light pink. Give the guys a fushia boutineer.
Reply:Star Gazer Lilies are fuchsia and white, and you can get roses in black, white and fuchsia. I think lilies for you and small roses for the bridesmaids and corsages on the moms and gents as well.
Reply:I think you should have your flowers fuchsia and maybe a pale pink, not white. Let your dress stand out.
Reply:Hot pink or lime yellow
Reply:fucsia is fine, and white doesnt blend with it. try looking at the family colors of fucsia, and probably bluish color that will blend it with it.
Reply:Congrats on the upcoming wedding. Im getting married in June of '07 also, its sooo stressful lol. I would have to agree with alot of the other people, go with a bunch of roses that are different pinks and maybe add a lil green in it also. Good luck!!!
Reply:if the black isn't set in stone yet, try dove gray or ivory.

June is a spring time month and colors should be pastels.
Reply:white and pink orchids for you, hot pink roses or black magic roses (they look black) for your brides maids. You could always ask your local florist. He/She should have some ideas for you.
Reply:You are having so much dark color for the dress already, so the dark color rose will not show at all. You should go with lighter color like champagne or cream and mix with pale pink and fuchsia.
Reply:you can get roses in a very very dark red that is almost black - or your could mix in some true black silk roses. You could do white and black roses with fuschia bouquet jewel accents. Or, black roses with white and fuschia accents. You could also do al lwhite with fuschia accent peices.
