I want to keep the flowers pink but have the rest black in white.
I have Gimp.
How do you make a pic black and white and only have one thing in color?

Have fun!
Reply:use your magic wand tool in photoshop OR you can use my friend Ray's way and on photoshop go to the "selct" tab and click the "color range" button and then select whatever color range you want in color, then click on where it says "selct inverse" and then click on the "dessaturate" button and BAM! there you go :)

Use Photoshop. Start with a color photo, make a duplicate layer, convert to black and white, then use the eraser tool to erase the parts you want to be in color.
