White dress with large black flowers on it: Okay to wear to a wedding?
I love that dress...but I do think you need to add black accessories to minimize the white. A black shrug or cardigan, black shoes, black necklace, etc. Honestly, if you wear black with it, no one will notice. Bottom line: if you would be upset if someone wore it to your wedding, just wear something else.
Reply:yea it looks cute
Reply:Oh without a doubt. That is a cute dress. Pull your hair back and accessorize.
Reply:ummm...yes that is totally fine! And Cute too. Hope you have fun!
Reply:As long as you look good in it, which I am sure you will, it will be fine.
Reply:your wedding. hey, heres an idea... have you ever did something with out asking because it was something 'you' liked and wanted to do?
Reply:Yes it's lovely dear and fresh....

You'll be getting married next with what you snag wearing that number! lol

:P
Reply:It is A very cute dress. However it is best to never wear white to A wedding it is considered well, (bad taste). Eggshell, ecru candle-light also no-No's.I love the dress, just not for this occasion. Sorry.
Reply:Absolutely, providing it is not a night wedding. Night weddings tend to be a bit more formal, but with a nice pair of black heels and great hair and make-up, you could totally pull it off!
Reply:The only person that should wear white to a wedding is the bride.
Reply:Having seen that lovely little number,I'm torn between screaming "YES,YES,YES,YOU'LL ROCK THE JOINT!!!" and demurring because it has a white background, and only the bride should wear white at a wedding (and you don't want to upstage the bride, such poor form).

Maybe you could get around it by wearing a black lacy wrap,to balance the white part. And don't forget to pull your hair up and wear some sparkly chandelier earrings(look at me ,all excited getting you dressed up for the wedding and haven't even seen you - ah,women!)

Here's hoping you snag your own man at this wedding,I just know you're going to look fabulous!!

KEEP IT REAL!
Reply:Yes definitely! I love it and when you're done with it, send it my way! LOL
Reply:Yes i would say so but it also depends on what shoes your wearing with it to make it look cute and make-up,jewelry, and all kinds of other stuff e-mail me any time for more tips.
Reply:Only the bride is supposed to wear white.... but it might be okay with a colored cardigan over it, maybe in light blue or pink
Reply:NO, too much white in it. You aren't suppose to wear white to a wedding it steals attention from the bride.
Reply:You should never wear white to a wedding.... unless u hate the rbide and really want to piss her off

But its a really cute dress!
Reply:cute but not for you at a wedding. leave white for the bride
Reply:Traditionally, only the bride wears white. Some people don't take that rule as strictly as others though. I recommend asking the bride if she will allow you to wear it. That way there'll be no hard feelings on the day of the wedding.
Reply:yes, its okay to wear as a guest. ifyou are part of the entourage you better check with the bride and maybe match with the color scheme of the wedding. for sure this dress will not upstage the bride and it will be okay (not rude) because its not a plain white dress.
Reply:The black flowers part of it sounds bad! I shouldn't wear black to a wedding so I think not! But U follow UR gut.
Reply:Walking a fine line there.

It is white, which is a no no.

But there is enough black in it to consider it.

If you do wear it, perhaps all your accessories should be black as well.
Reply:I think that would be fine. The only thing you really want to avoid when going to a wedding is a dress that is ALL white. You don't want the bride thinking you are trying to steal her show. ;)

The dress is beautiful. Go for it!
Reply:Well, i think it is better if you consider getting something else. The dress is ok but like others said, only the bride should wear white, the dress you've got might give others wrong impression. If you really don't wanna buy a new dress for financial reason, have you got any thin coats/trench coat that is knee length and light purple/blue color, maybe it can do a cover-up. :)
