White flower girl dresses??

I am looking for flower girl dresses in white, two girls aged 7 and ten but are tall and have been advised to buy them both in age 10! I'm getting married very soon so have left it too late to order from wedding shop or get them made and my budget is running out too!! Anyone seen any they think would be suitable, i have seen some communion dresses on adams online but don't know if they would look tacky next to my dress and the adults bridesmaids dresses which cost a fortune...hence the low budget!! Thankyou for any ideas!! x x

White flower girl dresses??
I paid £20 each for mine from Adams- I got white fairy type dresses %26amp; they looked really nice

BHS are also very reasonable
Reply:Take them to a wedding shop just to try on the dresses and find their size. Then order it from somewhere that you can get them quickly. If there's a david's bridal by you, I know I was able to take my wedding dress home that day.... i'm not sure about flower girl dress though.

Good luck!
Reply:search on www.ebay.com good luck
Reply:Oh that will be beautiful. I always think little ones look best in white. Just the simplest dress is fine and if you wish ,you could get a satin sash with bow in back, in a corresponding color to the bridesmaids. Best wishes
Reply:JC Penny or Dillards sometimes has cute dresses
Reply:Communion dresses are fine - just don't tell anyone that's what they are. You just need simple white dresses.
Reply:Communion dress will work perfectly if you want them in white. Go to any department store NOW, and buy them off the rack, or order them on line.

Communion dresses are the way to go for flower girls.
Reply:I'll advise on sizing because I have a 5 year old who is in a wedding in July and I've had to deal with the size issue. For some reason, you know how the brides dresses always run a size smaller? The flower girl dresses seem to run a size bigger. If the wedding is within the next 2 months I would choose the size dress she is now, if its more than 2 months away order 1 size bigger (spring is usually when kids go through their growth spurts, so order with the idea that they will have a big growth spurt just in case) Then all you need to do is have the dresses tailored by yor local seamstress. Its very easy to tailor a dress that is only a little bit big.

A 7 year old in a size 10 dress (unless she is a bigger girl) will be way too big, order her a size 7 or 8.

Good luck!
Reply:Oh bet your getting excited, hsve u tried marks and spencers, next or BHS. In BHS they do some quite inexpensive bridemaids dresses. Good luck with this and ur big day.
Reply:Monsoon have white brodarie anglais dresses that are lovely.

Good Luck!
Reply:hi im getting married in August ive had 2 white flower girl dresses in an age 7 from adams trust me they wont look out of place they are beautiful and look more than what they are
Reply:Try looking for leftover Easter dresses, they should be very inexpensive right now. Also, Communion dresses should be available everywhere right now.
Reply:Sounds bizarre but try Catholic church shops, 1st Holy communion dresses (this takes place between ages 6 and 10) are white dresses you can usually get them in loads of styles.
Reply:Macy's carries some

Nordstorms- OK on a sale! Last time they were about $100.00 which was 50% off. Very nice quality though.

Also give a quick look on ebay, most sellers will ship FAST if you ask them. Once I even had a dress FEDEX to me for a party :)
Reply:Search for "confirmation dresses"
Reply:Tried british home stores ? They have some beautiful little dresses in there that would be perfect.
Reply:Do not go to David's Bridal, taking too much of a risk there with so little time and not much money left.

Try this website... Very inexpensive. And they deliver UPS in 2 to 6 days.

Reply:Try Monsoon. They are stylish but not too expensive. I had the same problem when my daughter got christened when she was 3 years old. Christening gowns were too old for her and I searched everywhere for a white dress for her. Someone recommended Monsoon and I found the perfect dress for her there!

Good luck and have a lovely wedding day x
Reply:Go to Marshall's, Target, Kohl's or a department store and get the dresses there.

Nobody will give a flying crap about how they look next to your gown and the bridesmaids' dresses, even if they "cost a fortune."
Reply:I had my flower girls wear white easter dresses from JC peenny. They were tank sleves and white satin, a-line shaped, and only $35. They were perfect and looked like my dress! Sam's club had the most beautiful white dresses last weekend. I told my husband that I was amazed people still bought super expensive children's dresses from boutiques when there are such perfect things in discount stores's,

I found nice dresses at: JCpenny's, sears, Macy's, bascily all the department stores. (you can seardh online but the ones I found were not ever online!! In store only.) Wal-mart, Sam's club
Reply:Honey go straight to EBAY!!!It is not all used stuff, there are several stores on there that sell communion, flowergirl, and pagent dresses. For my wedding we got both my daughter's and my niece's there from one of the ebay stores and they will have you take the measurments of the girls and make the dresses so they fit. I got my daughter's (who is 8 and also very tall) from there and it only cost me $56 and that was with the shipping, and I kid you not I had it exactly 6 days after I ordered it! Many of the ladies that run these stores are very helpful if you have any questions, all you have to do is email them!

Go to ebay.com.You go to clothing and accessories and then scroll down to wedding apparel and clicks girls', then just look for what you like. If you don't want to go through all of that, just click the link below! Goodluck and congratulations!
Reply:I just bought mine from Dillards. Also, if you have a Marshall's they have a lot of white dresses! Although, they were too big for my flower girl.
Reply:go on ebay, shop name vondation have a look there, or if you are in oz look in myers they have nice ones!
Reply:The First Communion dresses would be perfect. How about accenting them with a ribbon around the waist the color of your bridesmaids dresses? What a great idea!
Reply:Hi they have lovely dresses in debenhams and they arent too expensive either and all the dresses go up to a age 16 years so you shouldnt have a problem getting the size to fit. There around £50 -£100 but they are gorgeous. I was going to get my flower girls dresses from debenhams but as it was haired for me to get everyone into try it and them all being different sizes and shapes I got mine from the wedding shop but as you say its too late for you to get them.

I would have a look in debenhams as they also have the bags and the shoes which is where i got my bags and flower girl and even my wedding shoes from. I know they were selling off alot of the flowergirl stock so it might be worth popping in and having a look. Bhs also does them too and there around the same price as debenhams.

Id have a look on their websites . You will find something eventually.
